the check-in experience was a bit chaotic as they only had one room booked for us instead of two. when they did find an additional room, it required cleaning which took far too long. ultimately, we opted not to stay after seeing the conditions of the rooms, which did not meet our standards.
Not one thing worth mentioning! 😩.

Outstanding service, we had very nice stay.
The room we had included an electric kettle, a microwave oven, and an air conditioning. The hotel was great quality and in a central location.

The abundance of pillows made it extra cozy, and I appreciated the tired yet comfortable scent that enveloped the space. Plus, the location was fantastic for exploring the nearby attractions, all at a price that felt more than reasonable.
The only slight drawback was the limited parking options available, which occasionally made it a bit tricky to find a spot. this minor issue didn't significantly detract from my overall enjoyable experience.

it was reassuring to find that the room was not being used for inappropriate activities, which adds a layer of comfort and safety to the experience.
The room was quite outdated and in dire need of modernization. The curtains were old and unattractive, and the bathroom required repairs.

I've chosen this nice hotel for staying here with my son. The economy family room room included climate control, multi-channel television and a microwave, I were happy about that. The location was favourable, at a moderate distance from Cb Smith Reserve. The service was great and the food was nice.

had a good stay on a business trip, everything was fine. had good sleep at the standard queen room with the bathroom, sofa, for example. we were in a convenient location really close to the tram and local shops and cafes, food shops and the essendon motel is situated.

Despite being a bit run down, our large room was functional with necessary amenities, including a fridge and microwave. We enjoyed the nearby parks like Lincoln Park Playground and Buckley Park, perfect for our daughters. I was disappointed by the outdated facilities and lingering smoke smell. it served its purpose for our short trip.

Clean and comfortable, covered our basic needs and was close to the airport.
Restaurant was closed so the information in the booklet needs to be updated as it said restaurant was open every weeknight.

I got great value for my money with a spacious room that had plenty of room for my family. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast option could use more variety to appeal to different tastes.

Loved the place and had a pleasant stay during my business trip. the venue is centrally located, making it very convenient to reach the airport. It was also great to be so close to Bistro Jinja, where we enjoyed a lovely dinner.

Nice linen and heater worked well, good block out curtains. Reception was helpful and friendly.
Bathroom is shabby, broken tiles, chipped vanities that type of thing. Only one bed lamp worked and you couldn't plug anything else in around the beds.
